Our Fees
consequentially We believe that the most professional way to treat clients is to thoroughly assess the merits of their situation and develop a sound strategy for them to follow from the outset. Because we provide specialist advice straight away, a fee is payable for our first consultation. We then normally charge a flat fee for the preparation and lodgement of the visa application we recommend. In some cases an hourly rate applies, for instance in all appeal or citizenship cases, or where the amount of work to be done is generally small - for example to join family members to an existing visa application. We also charge an hourly rate for conducting very specific research for your particular case involving complex policy or procedural questions.
Please be assured that we will not take your money to lodge a visa application we do not believe will succeed.
Fees are payable into our client account prior to lodgement of the visa application with the Department of Immigration.
